Our customized-for-you Entrepreneur Package includes:

QuickBooks company file hosted on a secure remote server. The file will be set up and maintained with the expertise of a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. We love working with QuickBooks, and the software has grown into a powerful accounting tool that is flexible and customizable to your business needs. You will access your QuickBooks file through our remote server. We can assist you with your questions and needs in real time through either your desktop or directly from ours.
Bookkeeping services. Accurate record-keeping is essential to a successful business yet can also be complicated and time-consuming. We’ll manage the organization & day-to-day tasks of bookkeeping, including deposit recording, bill paying and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Our highly trained team will save you precious time and provide information your CPA can rely upon at tax time.
Online Payroll, if needed. We partner with you to produce a seamless online payroll. You report the hours and we’ll take care of the taxes and reporting. Want Direct Deposit? No problem. It all seamlessly works together with QuickBooks. Click here for a Payroll Demo.
Annual 1099s and Business Property Tax Statements. We’ll take more paperwork off your hands at year-end.
Quarterly Sales Tax Returns. We’ll prepare and file these state returns for you so you don’t have to.

Year end financials for your tax preparer. Tax time might just be the biggest paperwork headache of the year. Get rid of it by letting us handle the interface between you and your CPA. At year end, we create a comprehensive set of workpapers to assist your tax preparer with your tax return. You’ll be done before you know it.

12 Point QuickBooks data review. We’ll review your file for the most common mistakes and train your bookkeeper on how to correct and prevent them in the future.
Optional Automated Bill Management & Payment. Our online bill paying service embraces the latest technology in “cloud computing.” You can write a check from QuickBooks or issue a payment from the online program. Our solution provides ease of use and great record-keeping your CPA will love.
Monthly QuickBooks coaching call. We’ll answer questions from how to post a transaction to how to streamline the software to save time.
Monthly Financial Reports and Custom Reports. You’ll have the information you need to run your business, plus we’ll design some reports just for you.
